2. Terms
Customers retain ownership of business data submitted to the services and are responsible for having the legal right to collect, process, and store employee, customer, and business information.
3. Terms
TaggNet implements industry-standard security controls including TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest where supported, role-based access controls, authentication and authorization controls, audit logging and monitoring, secure backup procedures, and regular vulnerability management practices.
4. Terms
AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, omissions, bias, or inconsistencies. Customers must review AI output and must not use AI as the sole basis for hiring, termination, compensation, performance review, legal, or compliance decisions.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TAGGNET DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.
6. Terms
Upon account termination, customers may request data export in CSV or JSON. Customer data will generally be deleted within 30 days after closure unless longer retention is required for legal, security, dispute, fraud prevention, or operational purposes. Backups may retain encrypted copies for up to 90 additional days.
7. Terms
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden and apply platform-wide to TaggNet Technologies, ShaqoNet, and SmartDo unless a product-specific addendum exists.
